Hello, my name is John.
I’ve lived in Wisconsin alone as a senior citizen for 8 years, facing many health challenges. This September I suffered two strokes during a cardiac catheterization, an essential procedure to determine how to move forward with my aneurysm of the ascending aorta, and another about a week later. I’m trying to move back home to Chicago — not just for my comfort, but for my health, happiness, and peace of mind.
