  • 13. Multiple Pulmonary Nodules
  • 14. Radiation Cystitis
  • 15. Chronic Lumbar Radiculopathy
  • 16. Psittacosis (a rare lung infection)
  • 17. Renal Artery Stenosis (narrowing of arteries in the kidneys)
  • 18. Dyslipidemia (abnormal cholesterol levels)
  • 19. Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant
  • 20. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (with constipation)
  • 21. Tubular Adenoma of the Colon
  • 22. Cervical Spinal Stenosis
  • 23. Foraminal Stenosis in the Cervical Spine
  • 24. Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) (without rupture)
  • 25. Left Cervical Radiculopathy

These health conditions severely limit my mobility, energy, and ability to care for myself. Despite it all, I continue to hope — and ask for your help — so I can be closer to my family and live out my remaining years in a safe, supportive, and loving environment.
