My Goals

I would love to buy a moderate house that I could have my handicap needs also not have other tenants complaining about me making too much noise when I’m in bed and get a back spasm.  I had   a 28 day notice last year to move out of  my last apartment over this. Wisconsin laws state the landlord doesn’t need any reason to serve you notice to move.   Where I could control my own heat at 78F  Also have a central humidifier with a central air cleaner and central AC. It will make breathing easier with  climate control for my COPD! Walk in tub  with jets so my joints don’t get too stiff with my arthritis. A dishwasher. I need a chair lift for the stairs. It’s hard for me to rent nowadays. My landlord won’t ever install grab bars in my shower. I would love to have a real Christmas tree that most landlords don’t allow. My home I use to own had the aroma of Christmas before I was divorced. I need a garage so in the winter I don’t need to remove snow and ice from my car.  My 2010 car needs steering work.

Like I mentioned before here. My X Wife received half of my monthly pension for the rest of my life!  That is what this site is all about. I can’t do this on my own. If I owned a house, property taxes and insurance would be less money then rent. I need to live like a person again. A happy productive life. I’m sure you understand?
