My Goals

My goal is to be able to purchase a moderate sized house, one where my handicap needs can be met and I have the freedom to make noise without bothering other tenants. A place where I have full control of the heating and AC at all times of the year, due to my back pain I need a warm environment, especially during the times where the heat isn’t turned on at an apartment complex. It is hard for me to get in and out of the shower, so a walk in tub with jets would be perfect to help alleviate my arthritis symptoms, soothe my back pains, and allow me to bathe on my own accord. All of my previous landlords wouldn’t allow me to make changes necessary for me to function. A dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and grab bars in the home are essential for my current state of living. I would also need a garage for my car, it is near impossible for me to clear off the snow in the colder seasons.

Like I mentioned before my income is being garnished due to my divorce agreement, so I cannot do this on my own. If i owned a home with the help of your donations, I can afford to pay the property taxes and insurance for the home, which would be cheaper than paying rent in an apartment.
